@AndyCritiques AT&T is desperately trying to bundle DirecTV with cell phone service. Every time I go to AT&T they hound me about DirecTV. But until they have an Internet product that beats Comcast, Cox, etc, I won’t consider it.

Great. Yet another thing I have to add to the to-do list at my new place: Figure out of it's the @comcast/@Xfinity Internet service itself that's unreliable here or if this xFi gateway is just a piece of garbage hardware and I should replace it with my own router/access point.

@Karens_Red_Pony I have a bundle with Xfinity/Comcast. Internet, Cable, Cell phone. But I'll be darned if I can't let go of the LAN line. The LAN line has voice mail, so I never need to answer it. In fact, I have the bell turned off. Then I listen to a week's worth of messages: all scams.
